I now have a new perspective about being in a rut and having to call to get help from a towing service. My daughter got locked out of car in Medford, on her way back to Cedar Rapids. Garrett was there withing 15 minutes and had her back in the road in 2 minutes. Friendly service. The car is a Mercedes, not easy to "jimmy". Thanks again Garrett!!!! God Bless!!

Very pleasant and helpful, my husband got the spare on before Dean (?) finished the call before us. Dean promised he'd check on us on the way back from his call and he arrived as we we're getting all of our luggage back in the trunk and kept his lights on for us to merge back onto 35.

I’ve never had such a great experience with a tow company as I did with Deans. Noah was outstanding in how he cared about getting me to a safe place where I could have my vechile serviced by a reputable and reliable company.He was prompt, polite and professional. Nobody likes to brake down on the highway however Noah made a bad experience much better.

These guys are incredible. I'm an OUT OF STATE CUSTOMER. I bought a car at an AUCTION in Minnesota. They went and picked it up & gave me a Very fair rate. Having the car broke down on the side of the road for anyone can be a miserable experience. Then I called Dean's Towing. Driver was professional and pleasantly prompt in showing up, getting my teenager off the road and home safe. If I could give 6 stars, Deans towing would have gotten it. I recommend anyone needing a tow to call Deans first. Outstanding !!

Dean’s Towing was FANTASTIC!!! We live in Kansas and were traveling to Minnesota, we were stuck on I35 in the middle of a construction zone. Their driver Danny came out and was AMAZING! He took care of us and made sure we made it to the dealership for repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dean’s towing!!!!

We had a flat tire on a Sunday evening. My roadside assistance was 90 minutes out. The sheriffs’ called for towing and Garrett came it to help. He’s did a wonderful job of trying to get us out quick: however, luck was not on our side and the spare would not drop. He took it all in stride. Drove us back to the shop on the flatbed and finished there. He was professional and courteous the whole time! Not to mention he kept it light hearted for me and my kids. What could have been a stressful and frightening time for my children ended up being a night they will never forget. Thank you, Garret!! From the bottoms of our hearts.

My wife went into the ditch this morning near Medford. Within 10 minutes of calling Noah at Dean's Towing they had a truck sent her way and got her out. Bob was very nice and very quick! Thanks Bob for your help! There was no damage to the car and my wife was OK. We got lucky! Highly recommend using these guys - I know I will continue to do so.

I had a situation a few days ago where my keys were locked in my car on accident by the car shop I take my car to. It was snowing and cold and the shop was closed I did not have a spare key on me and my friend dropping me off needed to get home. I looked up tow services in the area and found Deans tow service as the first option and took a chance and it was the best decision I ever made. I called and got who I believe was Dean himself. I feel bad not remembering his name for sure I guess I was just so focused on the excellent customer service I received and was blown away. I called and explained the situation he understood and was there within 5 minutes he did not make me feel stupid for the keys being locked in the car was super nice and charged me an affordable price!!! I will defiantly be referring everyone I know to this company and they will also be the first ones I call next time I get into a situation when I'm in need of their services. I live out of town and if they did offer the option to come help if I got stuck in the ditch out of town I would pay extra just because I know they will be nice about it and will know what their doing to get the job done right and again affordable price. You guys are awesome again thank you so much and keep up the great work!!!

I’m not sure that five stars is enough!!! Badly plowed roads and my 17 year old locked up the breaks and put her car on the side of the road. She finally made the dreaded call to me after a couple of hours of trying to get the car out on her own with a friend. I wish I had never called Sweet Towing as my first call. I was willing to sit on the side of the road for two hours waiting....or longer he said. What I wasn’t prepared for was him telling me that my daughter shouldn’t have been out that late. As a single mom raising a teenager I was already upset enough without the lecture on parenting. I called Deans and Bob found a way to very quickly (less than 30 minutes) give her car the nudge it needed. Did I mention that this was also the night after we got 17 inches of snow? Professional and compassionate. Bob was awesome and it was all done within about ten minutes. I recommend them with both thumbs up and I will never forget how kind Bob was. Thank you!!!

I hit a bit of ice this morning at 8:30 am and ended up in a ditch on I-35. I then immediately placed a call for AAA roadside assistance. After waiting for almost 2 hours AAA still hadn’t dispatched anyone to me. I called back multiple times and there still was no company assigned to my call and I continued to wait. Luckily, Noah from Dean’s Westside Towing stopped by and asked about my sistuation. I told him how long I’ve been waiting and that I was still hoping AAA would send someone. He offered to get me out right away because of how cold it was ( 10 below) and said we can figure out the reimbursement later. He then promptly got me out with next to no damage to my car! He expertly avoided the fence posts I had slid into when I spun out. Then, I followed him to the office and he offered to call AAA to figure out the billing and so I wouldn’t have to deal with the fuss of filing for “reimbursement consideration” for AAA. He was so kind and helpful! I’m so grateful for his help and he ended up getting AAA to cover the cost within an hour! I would no doubt recommend this company to anyone I know! I can’t thank you enough!!!

Bob, responded to an early morning call from my insurance company for roadside assistance. He will willing to go get the vehicle and tow it even without me present which mean a ton to me as I was over 25 miles way from where we left it!he even sent me a courtesy text when he dropped it off at the salvage yard so I could complete my steps to get rid of the vehicle.Great service and response! Highly recommend!

My son rolled his car on Hwy 21 yesterday. I called number of town places. Nick from Dean's was right there. He got me out and then got my son's car out. On the worst day. He was just great. Super nice and friendly. He had to deal with a crazy worked up mom worried about her son. He was amazing!! Thank you!! Thank you!!! Will be using Dean's again if I need a tow!!!

I am a father of 3 teenagers. My 18 year old daughter was driving home from Minneapolis to Mason City, Iowa ( first long trip for her ) and experienced car trouble. She had to call a tow truck. Thank God she called Dean's towing out of Owatonna. They came out in the late hours, comforted her, brought everyone back to the tow shop and took care of her. She did not know what to do. They really reached out to her. Fast forward and I find out that my daughter, who was scared to tell me that the car I had brought her had a blown engine, had been sitting at Deans for two weeks. I got a call from Deans, telling me the whole situation. They were very professional AND courteous. I talked with the gentleman, made arrangements to drive the 2 hours to come to Owatonna and pay the bill. When I arrived, the unique office area had me confused. I was waiting in the wrong area but more importantly, another person from Deans was patiently waiting for me. Even 30 minutes after we were supposed to meet. After discussing the details of my daughters unique situation, the person representing Deans stated, with a sympathetic heart, that the only bill I had to pay was the towing fee. No staging fee. I cannot say enough about Deans in terms of the treatment my daughter and myself have received. I would definitely trust and recommend Deans towing for any and all of your towing needs.
